Carbon Stocks in Sugarcane Biomass and Their Implications on Land Use Change CO2 Balance in Brazil

This paper develops a regionalized carbon stock factor for sugarcane biomass in Brazil, showing that sugarcane cultivation can lead to net carbon removal in most municipalities. Advancing the pneumatic method to assess xylem vulnerability to embolism among distinct growth forms
