Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Simultaneous vehicle and crew scheduling problem: case study Transantiago, Chile
In this paper we propose an alternative formulation to solve the simultaneous vehicle and crew scheduling problem. This paper presents a constructive heuristic and a mixed integer linear programming model to address this problem.

Matrix Stiffness Directs Stemness Signatures in Breast Cancer
We built lab‐grown breast cancer models to study how the stiffness of the tumor's surroundings influences cancer behavior. Softer environments encouraged more stem‐like, drug‐resistant cells, while stiffer ones kept cells more differentiated. These findings show that tissue mechanics drive cancer diversity and drug resistance, offering new insights for
