An activity‐dependent pathway links prefrontal circuit hypoactivity to cognitive impairment. Reduced PVA–mPFC activity upregulates NEPAS, which suppresses PTX3 secretion, leading to impaired angiogenesis, myelin deficits, and memory decline. Rescue is achieved by NEPAS knockdown or chemogenetic circuit activation.

Effects of Rate Adaption on the Throughput of Random Ad Hoc Networks
The capacity of wireless ad hoc networks has been studied in an excellent treatise by Gupta and Kumar [1], assuming a fixed transmission rate. By contrast, in this treatise we investigate the achievable throughput improvement of rate adaptation in the ...

Vorinostat Potentiates Chemoimmunotherapy in Immune‐Enriched Pancreatic Cancer
Immune‐enriched pancreatic cancer does not confer a significant survival advantage. SAHA sensitizes these “hot” tumors to chemoimmunotherapy by disrupting a FASN/PARP9‐driven “metabolic trap” and enhancing CD8+ T cell function. A CD8high/FASNhigh/PARP9high signature identifies patients who are most likely to benefit from the “gemcitabine‐nivolumab‐SAHA”

BioSenSRRF is an open‐source workflow that combines conventional FRET biosensors with SRRF reconstruction to generate sub‐diffraction FRET index maps on standard microscopes. The pipeline integrates automated image registration, SRRF reconstruction, quantitative FRET index calculation, and random line‐based hotspot analysis to uncover AURKA‐dependent ...

Senolytic Therapy as a Preventive Strategy for Spine Degeneration and Pain
Cellular senescence promotes inflammation, tissue degeneration, and chronic back pain. In sparc‐null mice, early oral administration of the senolytic agents o‐vanillin and RG‐7112 reduced senescent cell burden and pro‐inflammatory SASP signaling across intervertebral discs, endplates, vertebral bone, and spinal cord.

A content dissemination framework for vehicular networking
Vehicular Networks are a peculiar class of wireless mobile networks in which vehicles are equipped with radio interfaces and are, therefore, able to communicate with fixed infrastructure (if available) or other vehicles.
