Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts Promote Glucose Metabolic Reprogramming and Progression of Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer via Exosomal circFAD104‐Mediated Intercellular Communication

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CAF‐derived exosomes deliver circFAD104 into TNBC cells, where it acts as a molecular scaffold that bridges the E3 ligase MARCHF8 and PGM1, promoting MARCHF8‐mediated K48‐linked ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of PGM1. Loss of PGM1 redirects glucose‐phosphate flux from glycogen synthesis toward glycolysis, thereby driving stemness, EMT, and ...

AHR‐Responsive Carbon Dots Orchestrate Skin Wound Healing and Colonic Mucosal Repair via Treg‐Mediated Macrophage Efferocytosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Guided by pharmacophore modeling and molecular docking, aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR)‐responsive carbon dots were synthesized. They bind directly to AHR and expand gut‐resident regulatory T (Treg) cells. Treg‐derived C‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CCL1) enhances macrophage efferocytosis, creating a pro‐regenetative niche that promotes colonic mucosal ...

MXene‐Based Room‐Temperature NO2 Gas Sensors: A Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents the first comprehensive meta‐analysis of MXene‐based NO2 sensors, decoding 32 study characteristics across 61 peer‐reviewed studies. By isolating materials chemistry as the primary performance driver over device‐level parameters, the authors establish a methodological blueprint and a predictive structure–function map to accelerate ...

Near‐Infrared Fluorescent PROTAC Enables Theranostic Imaging and Selective Tau Degradation in Alzheimer's Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Here, we report a novel NIR fluorescent PROTAC platform that enables real‐time imaging and targeted degradation of Alzheimer's p‐Tau. Our lead compound effectively clears p‐Tau, reduces APP/Aβ, and alleviates cognitive deficits in AD mice. This work demonstrates a theranostic strategy for visualizing degradation and developing next‐generation AD ...

Targeting the KAT7/H3K14ac/RAC2 Axis Mediates OXPHOS to Promote Stemness Maintenance and Malignancy in Glioblastoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SOX2 upregulates KAT7 in glioma stem cells, where KAT7 deposits H3K14 acetylation at the RAC2 promoter to activate RAC2 transcription. RAC2‐GTP subsequently promotes PAK1/2/3 phosphorylation, increasing tricarboxylic acid cycle flux and mitochondrial respiration to support glioblastoma malignancy.
