Inhalable eugenol (EUG) from clove oil attenuates NAFLD by activating hepatic olfactory receptor Olfr544, triggering cAMP/PKA/CREB signaling to enhance lipolysis/oxidation. EUG concurrently restores gut microbiota, enriching probiotics (L. reuteri XR23/L. johnsonii XR25) and metabolites (IPA/5‐HIAA) that suppress lipogenesis.

An integrated framework predicts lithium‐ion batteries (LIB) thermal runaway (TR) under extreme high‐temperature shock. Granular hydrogels are being developed for the repair of tissues, mostly with the use of spherical microgels. Here, injectable granular hydrogels formed from anisotropic particles (i.e., rod‐like) are explored to improve cellular invasion by increasing scaffold void volume fraction.
