This study develops a biomimetic nanoplatform using erythrocyte membrane‐camouflaged, CD144 antibody‐functionalized nanoparticles to deliver 2‐deoxy‐D‐ribose (2dDR). This system promotes heart valve endothelialization by enhancing endothelial cell migration and proliferation via EGFR activation, while improving hemocompatibility.

Large Right Ventricular Thrombus
Right ventricular thrombosis is a rare yet potentially fatal condition. It has been described in association with hypercoagulability states, autoimmune diseases and dilated cardiomyopathy. Echocardiography constitutes the election tool for diagnosis and

A new cerebrocortical organoid model using isogenic hiPSCs with familial Alzheimer's mutations recapitulates key AD features, including amyloid‐beta and phospho‐Tau aggregation, neuronal hyperexcitability, and synapse loss. Single‐cell RNA‐seq reveals aberrant pathways in excitatory and inhibitory neurons.

Right Ventricular Dysfunction in Acute Thermal Injury
The elevated cardiac output (CO) and pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) observed in thermal injury offers a unique opportunity to study the effects of a combined pressure-flow load on the right ventricle in previously healthy persons. Potential responses include a diminished right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF), increased right ventricular end ...

Right ventricular dysfunction following cold potassium cardioplegia
Right coronary artery stenoses limit cardioplegic delivery to the right ventricle and may contribute to postoperative right ventricular dysfunction. Right ventricular function was evaluated in 39 patients with right coronary artery stenoses following elective coronary bypass operations.

Schematic diagram depicting the proposed signaling mechanisms underlying the effects of FBXL4 in the setting of cardiac hypertrophy. Under hypertrophic stimulation, cardiomyocytes‐specific overexpression FBXL4 maintains sarcomere integrity and cardiac function by enhancing K48‐linked ubiquitinated degradation of PFN1 at the K70 site.

In Parkinson's disease, SHMT1 downregulation disrupts its interaction with PEMT in astrocytes, reducing SAM levels. This leads to H3K4me1 hypomethylation and decreased Slc1a2/Glul expression, ultimately exacerbating neuroexcitotoxicity and dopaminergic neuron loss.
