Constitutive PRKCN expression is driven by super‐enhancers and modulated by NF‐κB signaling in multiple myeloma (MM). PRKCN activates mTORC1/2‐IRF4 signaling axis and favors tumor cell growth independently of its kinase activity. IRF4 reciprocally promotes PRKCN transcription, creating a feed‐forward loop.

Inspired by nature's competitive maneuvers, this study introduces a combustion‐driven soft actuator that powers a multi‐modal “Jump‐and‐Fly Catbot” (JFC). With millisecond response, high‐force output (over 70 times its weight) and precise control (error within 5%), the robot can jump, fly, hover, and escape from challenging environments, achieving ...

THE ORIGIN OF LIFE: ATMOSPHERIC HYPOTHESIS [PDF]
An original hypothesis of the origin of life in an atmosphere of ancient Earth is proposed. It is shown that the atmospheric conditions of ancient Earth had been beneficial not only for initial abiogenic synthesis of organic monomers, but also for their ...
