Ocular surface disease is very common in AD patients, and not all patients reported ocular symptoms. Less conjunctival goblet cells were found in AD patients compared to healthy controls. During dupilumab treatment, approximately 30% of the dupilumab‐treated AD patients developed dupilumab‐associated ocular surface disease.
