AS1517499 Protects Auditory Hair Cells Against Cisplatin‐Induced Damage In Vitro
Sensory Neuroscience, EarlyView.AS1517499 alleviates cisplatin‐induced ototoxicity by reducing oxidative stress and apoptosis in cochlear hair cells. AS1517499 pretreatment reduces cisplatin‐induced cellular damage in HEI‐OC1 cells and hair cell loss in cochlear explants, thereby improving cell viability and preserving cochlear hair cells.
