Comparing Otolaryngology Subspecialties' Changes in Medicare Reimbursement From 2013 to 2024
From 2013 to 2024, all otolaryngology subspecialties experienced drastic declines in Medicare inflation‐adjusted facility price with general otolaryngology, rhinology, and otology being the most negatively impacted. Relative differences between subspecialties were due to changes in relative value units for certain procedures.

Pediatric Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction: A Review of 26 Cases
We report a pediatric cohort of patients with peripheral bilateral vestibular hypofunction (BVH) at a multidisciplinary, tertiary care pediatric vestibular clinic. Patients frequently had history of sensorineural hearing loss and developmental delays, with associated vestibulo‐ocular reflex (VOR) impairments during testing.

Low‐Strip Dorsal Preservation Rhinoplasty Opens the Internal Nasal Valve in Tension Nose Deformity
The goal of this study was to evaluate the effect of dorsal preservation on internal nasal valve dimensions in noses with an overprojected cartilaginous septum. Ten postmortem human specimen heads with a tension nose deformity were imaged using ultra‐high‐resolution photon‐counting detector computed tomography, before and after low‐strip let down.
