RA of EEAR inhibits TGF‐β1 ubiquitination and changes conformation by target binding TGF‐β1, regulating TGF‐β1/Smad2/3 signaling pathway. Thus it down‐regulated downstream protein expression, inhibited EMT and collagen deposition of ECM, in order to EEAR preventing PF in COPD.

Stochastic nanoscale physical cues induce glioblastoma (GBM)‐associated transcriptional traits in naïve astrocytes leading to spontaneous formation of spheroids. Cells within spheroids express activated‐MMP2 and a differential gene expression pattern involving P53 and NOTCH3, providing evidence for a role for changes in brain topography, as observed in

Identification and pathogenic analysis of Mycoplasma synoviae isolated from a broiler farm in China
Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) is a pathogenic mycoplasma that infects poultry. In this study, MS strain YY (MS-YY) was isolated from a broiler farm. MS-YY was identified based on its colony morphology, biochemical characteristics, specific identification ...

This study identifies a new viral mechanism by a viral protein σ3 that functions as a vTR to suppress NF‐κB gene expression via its direct interaction with the host helicase DHX9. Through their interaction, σ3 not only impairs the initial recruitment of Pol II but also affects Pol II pause‐release and ultimately suppresses NF‐κB gene expression ...

TriCON: A Carbon‐Based Triple‐Modal Nanoplatform for Pancreatic Cancer Therapy
We developed TriCON, a triple‐modality nanotherapeutic platform, to treat pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) by synergizing gene editing, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. TriCON utilizes CRISPR/Cas9 to target the poliovirus receptor (PVR), combined with nano‐encapsulated doxorubicin and checkpoint blockade. This approach achieved significant tumor

Engineered GM1 Intersects Between Mitochondrial and Synaptic Pathways to Ameliorate ALS Pathology
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal neurodegenerative disease driven by genetic and molecular disruptions affecting energy balance, protein homeostasis, and stress responses in nerve cells. Studies using human and rodent models identified convergent defects in mitochondria and synaptic function.

Corticosteroids improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade therapy in metastatic murine breast cancer. By normalizing the tumor immune microenvironment, corticosteroids reduce immunosuppressive signals, restore T‐cell function, and promote antitumor immune responses, resulting in enhanced tumor control.

The possible adverse effects of the application of veterinary drugs are considered with special reference to their illegal use or misuse in the different categories of animals (pet, sporting, food-producing). The risks of unacceptable drug residues in animals and their products, the environment and man are taken into consideration. The need is stressed
