Handledares perspektiv på lärarstudenters känslomässiga utmaningar under VFU

open access: yesVenue, 2023

Probing Spin-Charge Separation in Tunnel-Coupled Parallel Quantum Wires

open access: yes, 2002
Interactions in one-dimensional (1D) electron systems are expected to cause a dynamical separation of electronic spin and charge degrees of freedom. A promising system for experimental observation of this non-Fermi-liquid effect consists of two quantum ...

Note on the nature of cosmic rays [PDF]

open access: yes, 1930
The recent experiments of Bothe and Kolhoerster(1) have led to an important and interesting conclusion. The ionization phenomena, by means of which cosmic rays are measured, are produced by highly penetrating corpuscular rays.

Optimizing Virtual Follow-Up Care: Realist Evaluation of Experiences and Perspectives of Patients With Breast and Prostate Cancer

open access: yesJournal of Medical Internet Research
BackgroundVirtual follow-up (VFU) has the potential to enhance cancer survivorship care. However, a greater understanding is needed of how VFU can be optimized. ObjectiveThis study aims to examine how, for whom, and in

Failing the market, failing deliberative democracy:How scaling up corporate carbon reporting proliferates information asymmetries [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Corporate carbon footprint data has become ubiquitous. This data is also highly promissory. But as this paper argues, such data fails both consumers and citizens. The governance of climate change seemingly requires a strong foundation of data on emission

Some Properties of Double Roman Domination

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2020
A double Roman dominating function on a graph G is a function f:VG⟶0,1,2,3 satisfying the conditions that every vertex u for which fu=0 is adjacent to at least one vertex v for which fv=3 or two vertices v1 and v2 for which fv1=fv2=2 and every vertex u ...

Oscillatory and behavioral indices of cognitive control dysregulation in young adult binge drinkers are influenced by sex differences

open access: yesAlcohol, Clinical and Experimental Research, Volume 50, Issue 2, February 2026.
This EEG study examined cognitive and motor aspects of decision making during a modified Stroop task (A) in young adult binge drinkers (BDs) and light drinkers (LDs). Besides compensatory response slowing to Stroop interference (B), BDs showed lower Stroop‐induced theta power, which mediated the impact of BD on degraded task performance in BD women (C),

Geometric Quantization and Two Dimensional QCD [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
In this article, we will discuss geometric quantization of 2d QCD with fermionic and bosonic matter fields. We identify the respective large-N_c phase spaces as the infinite dimensional Grassmannian and the infinite dimensional Disc. The Hamiltonians are

Knowledge, Attitude and Practices Towards Foot and Mouth Disease Among Farmers and Veterinary Practitioners in Selected Border Regions of Pakistan Adjoining to Afghanistan

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 11, Issue 4, July 2025.
Our study showed that 41% of farmers were aware of FMD, while 54% of farmers avoid buying cattle from unidentified sources. Eighty‐three percent report FMD cases to authorities, whereas 71% maintain disease and treatment records. The study further indicated that 63% farmers cite poor import restrictions and lack of quarantine as major obstacles.

Echo State Networks for Proactive Caching in Cloud-Based Radio Access Networks with Mobile Users

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, the problem of proactive caching is studied for cloud radio access networks (CRANs). In the studied model, the baseband units (BBUs) can predict the content request distribution and mobility pattern of each user, determine which content to
