Siam-Sort: Multi-Target Tracking in Video SAR Based on Tracking by Detection and Siamese Network

open access: yesRemote Sensing, 2022
Shadows are widely used in the tracking of moving targets by video synthetic aperture radar (video SAR). However, they always appear in groups in video SAR images.

Shadow-resistant tracking in video [PDF]

open access: yes2003 International Conference on Multimedia and Expo. ICME '03. Proceedings (Cat. No.03TH8698), 2003
In this paper, we present a new method for tracking objects with shadows. Traditional motion-based tracking schemes cannot usually distinguish the shadow from the object itself, and this results in a falsely captured object shape, posing a severe difficulty for a pattern recognition task.

High-Speed Videography Reveals How Honeybees Can Turn a Spatial Concept Learning Task Into a Simple Discrimination Task by Stereotyped Flight Movements and Sequential Inspection of Pattern Elements

open access: yesFrontiers in Psychology, 2018
Honey bees display remarkable visual learning abilities, providing insights regarding visual information processing in a miniature brain. It was discovered that bees can solve a task that is generally viewed as spatial concept learning in primates ...

Video Target Tracking Method Based on GMS and FPME [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji gongcheng, 2021
In video target tracking, mismatched feature points tend to cause reduction in the tracking performance. To address the problem,a video target tracking method using Feature Point Mismatch Elimination(FPME) is proposed on the basis of an existing method,GMS,

FollowMe: Efficient Online Min-Cost Flow Tracking with Bounded Memory and Computation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
One of the most popular approaches to multi-target tracking is tracking-by-detection. Current min-cost flow algorithms which solve the data association problem optimally have three main drawbacks: they are computationally expensive, they assume that the ...
