Research on triple line-voltage cascaded converter for the medium and high voltage rectifier

open access: yes矿业科学学报, 2019
In this paper,a novel three-phase rectifier based on triple line-voltage cascaded VIENNA converter(LVC-VC) has been proposed, which could be the high power factor rectifier under high power voltage.Compared to conventional three-phase cascaded H-bridge ...

Frame-Angle Controlled Wavelet Modulated Inverter and Self-Recurrent Wavelet Neural Network-Based Maximum Power Point Tracking for Wind Energy Conversion System

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this work, a new control methodology is proposed for Type -IV wind energy conversion system (WECS) using a self-recurrent wavelet neural network (SRWNN) control with a Vienna rectifier as the machine side converter (MSC).

Modeling and control design of a Vienna rectifier based electrolyzer [PDF]

open access: yes2016 IEEE 7th International Symposium on Power Electronics for Distributed Generation Systems (PEDG), 2016
Hydrogen production is an interesting alternative of storing energy. Electrolyzers produce hydrogen through water electrolysis; the resulting hydrogen is later used to generate electricity by using fuel cells, that reverse the process. Electrolyzers use rectifiers to convert the grid ac voltage into dc voltage for supplying the electrolyzer cells ...

Correcting Apparent Priming Bias Unveils Fertilizer Nitrogen‐Risk Archetypes of Surplus and Depletion Across Asian Rice Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Correcting the apparent priming effect resolves systematic biases in Asian rice fertilizer nitrogen accounting. Net soil retention drops below 7%, while 48% of fertilizer escapes, inflicting US$98.53 billion in annual reactive‐nitrogen damages. High‐resolution mapping uncovers N‐risk archetypes across 42% of the rice area, delivering a spatially ...

Intrinsic Dual‐Phase Regulated GeSe2 Nanoparticles Triggered by Ball‐Milling Treatment for Photonic Multi‐Valued Logic Circuits

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We report the solid‐state ball milling, a traditional, reliable, mass‐productive material processing, to prepare the air‐stable and dual‐phase GeSe2‐x nanoparticles with extended photodetection feasibility toward optical‐wavelength regions. We further display photonic multi‐valued logic (MVL) circuit through the employment of a hybrid PMMA/GeSe2‐x ...

Prediction of Structural Stability of Layered Oxide Cathode Materials: Combination of Machine Learning and Ab Initio Thermodynamics

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
In this work, we developed a phase‐stability predictor by combining machine learning and ab initio thermodynamics approaches, and identified the key factors determining the favorable phase for a given composition. Specifically, a lower TM ionic potential, higher Na content, and higher mixing entropy favor the O3 phase.

Spatially Informed Feature Selection and Machine Learning in Matrix‐Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Imaging for Cohort‐Scale Molecular Tissue Phenomics in Glioblastoma

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization imaging‐based identification of reliable small molecule markers across heterogeneous glioblastoma cohorts is challenging with intensity‐only methods. We present spatially informed feature selection (SIFS), a spatially informed framework that prioritizes molecules consistently colocalizing with histopathology.
