ELECTROPHORESIS, Volume 47, Issue 6, Page 479-488, June 2026.This study improved an HPLC–UV method for quantifying 3‐O‐methylquercetin in porcine nasal mucosa following ICH M10 and ANVISA (Brazil) guidelines, assessing selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, and robustness. The method was applied for the first time to evaluate release, permeation, and retention profiles of a nasal formulation.
