Abstract Rural development programs that involve village communities as development subjects (Community Driven Development) have been implemented in various countries, including Indonesia through the village fund program. West Java, a province with a high accumulation of village funds, has a low Village Development Index (IDM) growth.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Upon UV irradiation, flexible and tough hydrogels are formed rapidly (>0.5 s) from dilute (>0.5 wt%) solutions of o‐ethylnitrobenzene–modified PVA. At ∼1.5 wt%, the hydrogels withstand up to 10 MPa compression, remain handleable even after 200‐fold swelling.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A unique ionic covalent organic framework (I‐4) exhibits unprecedented concentration‐dependent dynamic behavior in water, undergoing reversible transitions between aggregation and exfoliation. This enables fully controllable, bidirectional modulation of its particle size and surface micro‐environment.
