Ecology of Fish-Virus and Control of Viral Diseases
Prior to this presentation on preventive measures against fish communicable diseases being theme of this symposium or against fish viral diseases in this subject, the author presents some comments on fish-virus ecology in fish community as the first chapter, subsequently he transfers to the second involving the preventive measures. In the first chapter ...

Nano‐pesticides are driving a paradigm shift toward sustainable plant protection. This review systematically synthesizes recent advances across four interconnected domains: (i) intelligent formulation design for targeted delivery and controlled release; (ii) interfacial behavior regulation to enhance foliar deposition; (iii) multi‐omics elucidation of ...

Effect of Land‐Use on Hantavirus Infection Among Introduced and Endemic Small Mammals of Madagascar
Hantaviruses are globally distributed zoonotic pathogens capable of causing fatal disease in humans. Addressing the risk of hantavirus spillover from animal reservoirs to humans requires identifying the local reservoirs (usually rodents and other small ...

Viral ecology of a shallow eutrophic lake.
This thesis aims to give an insight into the ecology of the viral community in a shallow eutrophic lake. To achieve this, the population dynamics, diversity and control of the viral community in Lake Loosdrecht were studied, as well as the impact of the viral community on plankton mortality and community composition. A seasonal study of Lake Loosdrecht

microeco 2: A comprehensive R package for downstream analysis of microbiome omics data
The current version 2.0 of the microeco package represents a substantial update compared to the previously published version. Key enhancements include the addition of new classes, integration of a broader suite of analytical methods, a comprehensive overhaul of the parameter system, improved connectivity between statistical analysis and visualization ...

Adolescent social isolation disrupts hippocampal function and exacerbates emotional symptoms, with sex‐specific patterns, as shown by human studies. In mice, social isolation decreased hippocampal synaptic density and calcium signaling, upregulated complement proteins, and activated complement‐mediated microglial synaptic phagocytosis.

Viral ecology of lakes : a descriptive and ecological study of viruses that infect phytoplankton
Since the 'discovery' of the high abundance of viruses in aquatic environments, it has been generally assumed that viruses in lakes are similar to those in oceans. I directly compared these two systems using a large, robust data set. Viral abundance was significantly different among the surveyed environments.

This review explores how Fusobacterium nucleatum extracellular vesicles drive local oral diseases and distal pathologies via sophisticated cross‐compartment cross talk. It highlights the transformative potential of these “tiny carriers” as next‐generation molecular intermediaries for advanced health monitoring and innovative bio‐interventions by ...
