ABSTRACT We report a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia who developed giant cellulitis‐like Sweet syndrome with concurrent retiform petechiae and vasculitis‐like histopathological changes. This case highlights a potential diagnostic pitfall whereby Sweet syndrome may clinically and histologically mimic cutaneous vasculitis.
