Accelerating Biosensor Discovery: A Computationally‐Driven Pipeline for Microplastics Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
A computationally guided pipeline unites molecular simulation, synthetic biology, electrochemical engineering, and machine learning to accelerate biosensor discovery. A Bacillus anthracis carbohydrate‐binding module is used to develop a high‐performance micro‐ and nanoplastics sensor with greatly reduced error and variability.

Large‐Scale Machine Learning to Screen for Small‐Molecule Senolytics

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
A consistent workflow underpins all experiments in this study. A dedicated model‐selection dataset first identifies optimal hyperparameters for each algorithm. Models are then trained and rigorously evaluated on independent sets of molecules using the senolytic ratio SR. Comprehensive hyperparameter exploration across SMILES representations, task types,

Extending the role of a healthcare digital library environment to support orthopaedic research

open access: yes, 2006
A digital archive, together with its users and its contents, does not exist in isolation; there is a cycle of activities which provides the context for the archive’s existence. In arguing for the broadening of the traditional view of digital libraries as
