HNRNPU K181 Lactylation Drives Cervical Cancer Growth by Upregulating PHGDH and Reprogramming Serine Metabolism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

An Improved Voltage Reconstruction Method for Current Source Inverter

open access: yes
To reduce the number of sensors in the three-phase current source inverter and lower its cost and size, using a single dc-Link voltage sensor to reconstruct the three-phase ac voltage is a simple and effective solution.

Pharmacologic Modulation of ARID3A with Rimegepant Reactivates Type I Interferon Signaling and Sensitizes Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer to PD‐1 Blockade

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies ARID3A as a key immunosuppressive transcription factor in TNBC. Its inhibition activates the type I IFN pathway, boosting CD8+ T cell infiltration and sensitizing tumors to anti‐PD‐1. The FDA‐approved migraine drug Rimegepant targets ARID3A, enhances immunotherapy efficacy in preclinical models, and establishes a druggable axis to

Reduction of DC Current Ripples by Virtual Space Vector Modulation for Three-Phase AC–DC Matrix Converters

open access: yes, 2019
In this paper, the virtual space vector modulation for the AC–DC (alternating current–direct current) matrix converters is proposed to reduce the DC current ripples in the whole modulation index range.

On the Evaluation of Errors in the Virtual Design of Mechanical Systems

open access: yesMachines, 2018
In this article, the information value is used in numeric analysis as both a method for data approximation and a measure of data equality among a set of values.

Efficient and Accurate Rendering of Vector Data on Virtual Landscapes.

open access: yesJ. WSCG, 2007
In geographical information systems (GIS) vector data has important applications in the analysis and management of virtual landscapes. Therefore, methods that allow combined visualization of terrain and geo-spatial vector data are required. Such methods have to adapt the vector data to the terrain surface and to ensure a precise and efficient mapping ...

Virtual Reality Visualization of Frozen-in Vector Fields

open access: yesPlasma and Fusion Research, 2011
Magnetic field lines in ideal magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) are frozen into the fluid. Three-dimensional (3-D) visualization of the frozen-in magnetic field lines are useful for MHD dynamo study since it extracts stretching, twisting, and folding components of the flow.

Traction Force Microscopy for Viscoelastic Substrates: A Semi‐Analytical Method

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A semi‐analytical viscoelastic traction force microscopy framework is introduced for quantifying time‐resolved cell tractions on flat finite‐thickness substrates. The method generalizes elastic traction force microscopy to Generalized Maxwell materials, identifies when elastic approximations remain valid and, when they do not, shows that inferred ...
