ADORA2A activation suppresses NFκB‐dependent CCL5 production in cNK cells during chronic HBV infection, disrupting intrahepatic DC recruitment and HBV‐specific CD8+ T‐cell differentiation and function. Targeting the ADORA2A/NFκB/CCL5 axis restores antiviral immunity and facilitates HBV clearance.

Single‐Atom‐Enhanced Fully Inkjet‐Printed Electrochemical Sensor for Dopamine Detection
Fully inkjet‐printed paper‐based dopamine sensors are fabricated using nitrogen‐doped graphene acid functionalized with copper single atoms. The copper sites uniquely enhance dopamine oxidation through strong molecular adsorption, as verified by electrochemical measurements and DFT calculations. The approach highlights the potential of single‐atom inks

Deltacoronavirus Modulates circRNA cGLIS3 Metabolism to Evade Host Antiviral Response
This study reveals that both deltacoronavirus nucleocapsid protein and host RNA binding protein IGF2BP2 promote circular RNA GLIS3 (cGLIS3) biogenesis by binding to GLIS3 pre‐mRNA. The m6A modification‐mediated cGLIS3‐IGF2BP2 interaction weakens RNase L‐mediated degradation of cGLIS3 while facilitates a ubiquitin‐dependent degradation of IGF2BP2, thus ...

Two coinfecting archaeal viruses provide insights into virus-virus interactions
Virus–virus interactions can profoundly shape viral ecology and evolution, yet they remain poorly understood, particularly in haloarchaea. Upon characterization of a spindle-shaped virus, Tebenquiche spindle-shaped virus 1 (Tebi-SV1), isolated from ...

Identifying Protein Interactions with Viral DNA Genomes during Virus Infection
Viruses exploit the host cell machinery to enable infection and propagation. This review discusses the complex landscape of DNA virus–host interactions, focusing primarily on herpesviruses and adenoviruses, which replicate in the nucleus of infected ...

Using a minimal set of experimentally labeled antimicrobial and non‐antimicrobial peptides, we reconstruct the effective lipid composition of a pathogenic membrane ‐demonstrated at the example of bacterial membranes‐ through a physics‐based evolutionary molecular dynamics (Evo‐MD) approach. Optimization based on peptide insertion reveals broad‐spectrum

MPXV infection leads to persistent viral replication and severe local inflammation, while existing treatments cannot simultaneously remove viruses and repair injured tissue. This study constructs Polymer@mPDA@Gel hydrogel via a two‐step hierarchical assembly method: mPDA anchors photothermal polymers to form antiviral photothermal subunits, which are ...

FBL directly binds to and stabilizes SIRT1 by blocking its ubiquitin‐proteasome degradation, thereby sustaining nicotinamide metabolism and redox homeostasis to counteract cellular senescence in ESCC. Genetic and pharmacological suppression of FBL sensitizes tumor cells to senolytic therapy.
