Advanced Science, EarlyView.A cargo‐free ionizable lipid nanoparticles (ipLNP) is found to induce broad swelling‐lytic cell death across multiple cell types. Cell death may be associated with lysosome membrane destabilization, involving ROS increase, lipid peroxidation, and GSDME cleavage.
