Development (ontogenesis), dynamics of spreading and infectious, pathogenesis and symptomatic of trees infected by the hemiparasite species Viscum album L. are considered. The role of V. album as an undesirable plant in urban landscapes is shown; it lowers grow energy, productivity of trees and ornamental values of parks.
