Tuberculosis, although rare, is one of the most common causes of infective uveitis in developing countries. We report a case of a young man with concomitant ocular and cerebral tuberculosis presented with waxing-waning of visual symptoms, initially mistaken as multiple sclerosis that delayed the diagnosis of the disease.
