Vitreous hemorrhage is the most frequent finding in ocular trauma. In cases with obscured fundus visualization associated pathologies (retinal tear, choroidal detachment, intraocular foreign body, retinal detachment, etc.) should be evaluated by ultrasonography and vitreous motility should be monitored even if the retina is attached.
