A multi‐mode triboelectric nanogenerator (M‐TENG) is developed to enhance football monitoring by integrating energy harvesting and trigger‐based sensing. With switchable internal electrodes, it achieves optimized electrical performance (Qsc: 88.38 nC, Isc: 8.58 μA, Voc: 85.91 V) and stable output over 60 days.
