Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures with Volar Locking Plate
掌側ロッキングプレートを使用して治療を行った橈骨遠位端骨折の治療成績を検討した.平成17年6月から平成19年10月に当院で手術を行った28例29手を対象とした.経過観察期間は平均15カ月で,手術時平均年齢は19~92歳(平均65.7歳)であった.骨折型はAO分類Type A2:4例,A3:5例,C1:8例,C2:6例,C3:6例であった.プレートはLC-DRPを使用した.全例で合併症なく骨癒合が得られた.最終観察時のX線学的評価では僅かな矯正損失を認めたが概ね良好な整復位を保持できた.臨床成績評価はMayoの評価法を用い,Excellent 19例,Good 6例,Fair 4例であった.本骨折の評価は術後約1年頃での臨床評価が望ましいと考えた.
