Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions
We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).

N Volatilization from Arizona Irrigated Waters [PDF]
A laboratory study was initiated to investigate the potential loss of fertilizer nitrogen (N) through volatilization at four different temperatures (25, 30, 35, and 40°C) out of irrigation waters collected from a number of Arizona locations.

Ammonia volatilization from field-applied animal slurry - the ALFAM model. [PDF]
A statistical analysis of European ammonia (NH3) volatilization data (from Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and UK) collated in a database produced a model that is supported by theoretical considerations of the effect of ...

Effect of Optical Illumination on Bubble Nanodomains
Stable surface‐confined nanoscale bubble domains are created and manipulated in PMN‐PT single crystals. Under above‐bandgap illumination, these bubble nanodomains remain unchanged. However, upon illumination cessation, they rapidly expand to switch the entire crystal surface, due to the accumulation of a large reservoir of electrons at the crystal ...

Electroforming‐free TiN/SiOx/Cu/SiOx/TiN memristive devices exploit pancake‐like Cu nanoparticles embedded in a SiOx double layer to create a heterogeneous Schottky‐barrier landscape. Under bias, oxygen‐vacancy redistribution progressively lowers local barriers and recruits initially inactive Cu‐PC pathways into a parallel conduction ensemble, enabling

Volatilization of Alachlor and Atrazine as Influenced by Surface Litter [PDF]
A basic knowledge of how herbicide volatilization is influenced by agronomic practices is necessary if long-term detrimental impacts from herbicides are to be minimized.

Yttrium doping in Sb‐alloyed BiSe synergistically induces Bi vacancies and flattens conduction bands, simultaneously slashing lattice thermal conductivity by 50% and boosting the power factor. The optimized n‐type Bi0.64Sb0.3Y0.06Se delivers a peak zT of 0.91 at 393 K (average zT 0.76, 300–523 K) and an 8‐pair module with 4.6% conversion efficiency ...
