Characterization of a Volcanic Gas Reservoir Using Seismic Dispersion and Fluid Mobility Attributes
Seismic dispersion and fluid mobility attributes are used to characterize a volcanic gas reservoir in the Songliao Basin of China. A rock physics model is constructed to describe poroelastic behaviors associated with heterogeneous fluids saturation ...

The Elvans and Volcanic Rocks of Dartmoor [PDF]
In the course of an inquiry into the physical history of Dartmoor, which led to the conclusion that this great granitic upland represents the basal portion of a volcano some 16,000 feet high, special attention was necessarily paid to the felsites or elvans of the district, as filling the gap between the plutonic members of the series, the ...

Inverse CeOx/Co catalysts are promising new materials for CO2 methanation. Operando spectroscopy reveals that small, reducible CeO2‐x clusters effectively stabilize Co nanoparticles from sintering during H2 reduction and promote CO2 activation at the Co‐CeO2 interface.

A stress-controlled mechanism for the intensity of very large magnitude explosive eruptions [PDF]
Large magnitude explosive eruptions are the result of the rapid and large-scale transport of silicic magma stored in the Earth's crust, but the mechanics of erupting teratonnes of silicic magma remain poorly understood.

Lifespan‐Regulated CAR‐Macrophages from Myeloid Progenitors for Enhanced Colorectal Cancer Therapy
Using a tamoxifen‐inducible Hoxb8 system, proliferative bone marrow progenitors can be generated, which are subsequently engineered with an anti‐CEA CAR construct containing a suicide gene (iCas9) and differentiated into CAR‐macrophages. This method facilitates scale up the production of CAR‐macrophages.
