FDCCII‐based electronically tunable voltage‐mode biquad filter
International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, 2010SUMMARYIn this work, a voltage‐mode biquad filter realizing low‐pass, band‐pass and high‐pass characteristics is presented. The proposed filter, which employs two FDCCIIs, two grounded capacitors and two NMOS transistors, provides electronic tunability with the control voltage applied to the gate. NMOS transistors act as linear resistor.

CMOS class-AB voltage-mode multiplier
IEEE International Symposium on Communications and Information Technology, 2005. ISCIT 2005., 2006A novel circuit configuration for a CMOS voltage-mode four-quadrant analog multiplier is described. It is based on square law characteristic of MOS transistor and class-AB amplifier. The multiplier achieves a linearity of 1.1%, -3 dB bandwidth of 35 MHz, and a total harmonic distortion of 0.76%. The power consumption is 1.5 mW.

A wideband voltage mode Doherty power amplifier
2016 IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium (RFIC), 2016This paper presents a new wideband Doherty Amplifier technique that can achieve high efficiency while maintaining excellent linearity. By modifying a “forgotten” topology originally proposed by Doherty, a new Doherty Amplifier architecture is realized with two voltage mode PAs and transformers, thus eliminating a narrowband impedance inverter.
