An Interleaved Five-level Boost Converter with Voltage-Balance Control

This paper proposes an interleaved five-level boost converter based on switched-capacitor network. Operating principle of the converter under CCM mode is analyzed. High voltage gain, low component stress, small input current ripple, and self-balance function for capacitor voltages in the switched-capacitor networks are achieved.
