Novel CMOS voltage-controlled current conveyor

Proceedings of the 12th IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (Cat. No.03CH37442), 2003
A new architecture of a CMOS voltage-controlled current conveyor is introduced. The conveyor satisfies the matrix-relationship of the second-generation conveyors and exhibits high frequency, low power consumption, low noise and small chip area as well as simple parameter-adjustment mechanism, so it can complete with BJT and BiCMOS conventional ...

A new low voltage differential current conveyor

2012 International Conference on Informatics, Electronics & Vision (ICIEV), 2012
Current conveyor (a current mode circuit) is a good choice for low voltage applications as it provides high gain-bandwidth product. Current mode design technique offers voltage independent, high bandwidth in analog circuits with properties of accuracy and versatility in a wide range of applications. In this paper we present a rail-to-rail low voltage (±

Voltage Controlled Current Conveyor and its Application

Proceedings of the International Conference on Advances in Computer Science and Electronics Engineering, 2012
In this paper a voltage controlled current conveyor is presented wherein the intrinsic transresistance is controlled by a voltage variable current source which is realized using floatinggate MOSFETs. The resultant conveyor has been used to implement an impedance converter which is further used as inductance simulator.

INFLUENCE OF VOLTAGE UNSYMMETRY ON ENERGY CHARACTERISTICS OF BELT CONVEYOR

Energy and automation, 2022
As the conducted studies show, deviations and asymmetry of the outside have the greatest impact on the electric drives of production machines and mechanisms.Voltage asymmetry leads to losses that have an electromagnetic and technological component.Studies on the effect of voltage asymmetry on the technological characteristics of working machines and ...

A low-voltage conveyor-based CMOS transconductor

IEEE. APCCAS 1998. 1998 IEEE Asia-Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems. Microelectronics and Integrating Systems. Proceedings (Cat. No.98EX242), 2002
This paper presents a linear CMOS transconductor utilizing two triode-biased MOS transistors as input devices. Linearity of the transconductor is achieved by fixing the drain-to-source voltages of the triode-biased transistors by use of two first-generation current conveyors (CCI).

INFLUENCE OF VOLTAGE ASYMMETRY ON ENERGY CHARACTERISTICS OF SCREW CONVEYORS

Energy and automation, 2022
Deviation and asymmetry of the voltage have the greatest impact on electric drives of working machines and mechanisms. Voltage asymmetry leads to losses that have an electromagnetic and technological component. The effect of voltage asymmetry on the technological characteristics of working machines and mechanisms is manifested in a decrease in their ...

KHN-equivalent voltage-mode filters using universal voltage conveyors

AEU - International Journal of Electronics and Communications, 2011
Abstract The analog circuit design is very often focused on the design of frequency filters employing different types of active elements. In this paper we present the universal voltage conveyor that is used for the design of the KHN-equivalent filters working in the voltage-mode.

Single-Input Six-Output Voltage-Mode Filter Using Universal Voltage Conveyors

IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences, 2008
In this letter a new structure of multifunctional frequency filter using a universal voltage conveyor (UVC) is presented. The multifunctional circuit can realize a low-pass, high-pass and band-pass filter. All types of frequency filter can be realized as inverting or non-inverting. Advantages of the proposed structure are the independent control of the

Low-Voltage digitally controlled fully differential current conveyor

IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers, 2005
Design and simulation of a digitally controlled CMOS fully differential current conveyor (DCFDCC) is presented. A novel current division network (CDN) is used to provide the digital control of the current gain between terminals X and Z of this DCFDCC. The proposed DCFDCC operates under low supply voltage of /spl plusmn/1.5 V.

On the use of voltage conveyors for the synthesis of biquad filters and arbitrary networks

2017 European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design (ECCTD), 2017
The Voltage Conveyor (VCII) is the dual of the second generation Current Conveyor (CCII), and has received only a cursory attention in the literature, probably for lack of interesting applications. The VCII has a current buffer between Y and X terminals, and a voltage buffer between X and Z terminals.
