Low voltage current conveyor-based universal biquad filter
Proceedings of the IEEE International Symposium on Industrial Electronics ISIE-02, 2002A 1.5 V-supply low-power consumption (1.4 mW) current-mode biquad filter using current conveyors as active elements is presented. The circuit shows one input and three different outputs, performing simultaneously low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filtering operation.

Differential voltage class-AB current controlled current conveyor
2010 17th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems, 2010A novel class-AB Differential Voltage Current Controlled Current Conveyor topology is introduced in this work. The main offered benefit, in comparison with the corresponding already published structure, is its improved linearity achieved by introducing a new class-AB intermediate stage.

Low voltage, low power, high performance current conveyors
ISCAS 2001. The 2001 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01CH37196), 2002A novel current conveyor, which can be used for realization of current conveyors of different forms, is presented. The proposed current conveyors are capable of operating at supply of /spl plusmn/1.0 V with rail-to-rail input and output voltage swings. The proposed structure operates as linear circuit element and has a bandwidth of 60 MHz for 1.2 /spl ...

Differential voltage current controlled current conveyor with low-voltage operation capability
International Journal of Electronics, 2013A novel differential voltage current controlled current conveyor topology is introduced in this article. It has the capability for operating in a low-voltage power supply environment and, also, offers resistorless filter realisations. The main attractive offered benefit is that the handling of AC signals is exclusively performed by nMOS transistors and,

CMOS Class AB Second Generation Voltage Conveyor
2019 IEEE International Circuits and Systems Symposium (ICSyS), 2019This paper presents a class AB second generation voltage conveyor. This device is designed to obtain the current buffer as input stage and is followed by the voltage buffer in monolithic chip. A class AB technique to obtaining high signal swing, high dynamic range, high bandwidth and low power consumption has been used.

CMOS voltage-controlled oscillator based on current conveyor
1997 21st International Conference on Microelectronics. Proceedings, 2002Two new current-conveyor-based voltage-controlled oscillators (VCO), convenient for CMOS integration and with grounded control voltage, are presented and analyzed. Circuits are implemented in integrated CMOS technology. High frequency pulling coefficient and broad operating frequency range (20 MHz) are obtained.

Noise determination of a current conveyor in an inverting voltage amplifier configuration
13th IEEE Symposium on Design and Diagnostics of Electronic Circuits and Systems, 2010Analysis concentrated on noise performance issues of a CMOS high gain second generation current conveyor (CCII∞) is presented using both simulations and measurements results. The circuit has been fabricated in a 0.35 μm CMOS process by Austria Mikro Systeme (AMS) and it is examined analytically in terms of the noise contribution of each transistor in ...

Design of a Voltage-Conveyor Based Read-Out Circuit for ECG Monitoring
2024 International Workshop on Quantum & Biomedical Applications, Technologies, and Sensors (Q-BATS)This paper presents the design of a VCII-based read-out circuit and for ECG monitoring employing second generation voltage conveyors (VCIIs) as active blocks. Starting from a quick overview of VCII, the paper describes the whole interface, composed by three active blocks and one passive filter, and its operation.

Constant bandwidth voltage amplification using current conveyors
International Journal of Electronics, 1988Traditional feedback voltage amplifier formulations suffer from the restriction of a constant gain-bandwidth product, reducing the bandwidth dramatically at higher gains. A feedback voltage amplifier designed around a current conveyor or current amplifier completely overcomes this restriction and permits maximum bandwidth to be obtained for all values ...
