Real‐World Trends in Prenatal Antirheumatic Drug Utilization in Ontario, Canada: A Cross‐Sectional Time‐Series Analysis

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective This study aimed to describe real‐world trends in preconception and prenatal use of antirheumatic drugs among pregnant individuals with rheumatic diseases in Ontario, Canada. Methods We conducted a time‐series analysis using repeated cross‐sectional data to examine annual patterns of disease‐modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) use among ...

Analysis of Voltage Doubler Behavior of 2.45-GHz Voltage Doubler-Type Rectenna

IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 2017
This paper describes the voltage doubler (VD) behavior of a 2.45-GHz VD-type rectenna. An important feature of the developed VD-type rectenna is the absence of the charge pump capacitor that is present in conventional VDs. Based on the circuit simulation and measurement results, the developed VD-type rectenna shows drastic improvement to the radio ...

Improved active‐diode circuit used in voltage doubler

International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, 2012
SUMMARYAn improved active‐diode circuit, which makes use of positive feedback to achieve fast on/off transition, is presented in this paper. The proposed active‐diode circuit can be embedded into a voltage doubler to replace the commonly used dead‐time circuit and to eliminate reverse current. In addition, the relationship between oscillation frequency,

A low-voltage high-efficiency voltage doubler for thermoelectric energy harvesting

2013 IEEE International Conference of Electron Devices and Solid-state Circuits, 2013
This paper presents a low-voltage high-efficiency voltage doubler for thermoelectric energy harvesting. A negative charge pump is used to reduce on-resistance of PMOSFET load switches. Additional circuitry for achieving high efficiency just requires small chip-area and low-cost. The voltage doubler is implemented in 0.13-μm 1.2V CMOS process.

A Step-Up DC–DC Converter With a Resonant Voltage Doubler

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2007
A step-up dc-dc converter with a resonant voltage doubler is proposed. The proposed converter is composed of an active-clamp circuit and a resonant voltage doubler. The active-clamp circuit, which is controlled by dual asymmetrical pulsewidth modulation of the primary side, reduces the voltage spikes of main switches and limits the voltage stress of ...

A voltage-sensorless PFC voltage doubler

2012 15th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (EPE/PEMC), 2012
This paper proposes a voltage-doubling rectifier, or voltage doubler, with power factor correction (PFC) function and without voltage sensors on the ac and dc sides. The rectifier only uses an ac-side current sensor. The voltage information required for the PFC control is obtained from the ac-side current and its derivative in the on and off durations ...
