Design of a CMOS cross-coupled voltage doubler
2016 IEEE ANDESCON, 2016This paper describes a design procedure for a CMOS voltage doubler. Test-bench circuit are used to verify the performance of the design. An improved voltage doubler in a standard CMOS technology

The PMOS transistor used for the serial switch is analyzed and a model ready for simulation is described.
