Low-voltage Gilbert current-gain cell
1996 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems. Circuits and Systems Connecting the World. ISCAS 96, 2002A modified Gilbert current gain cell works with a single supply voltage as low as 1.5 V (2V/sub BE/) and reduced power consumption. The circuit inherits most features of the original cell, including the ability to be cascaded without increasing the supply voltage. No special technological features are required to implement the circuit.

2T1D memory cell with voltage gain
2004 Symposium on VLSI Circuits. Digest of Technical Papers (IEEE Cat. No.04CH37525), 2004A 2T1D dynamic memory cell with two transistors (T) and a gated diode (D) is presented. The gated diode acts as a nonlinear capacitance which amplifies the internal stored voltage in a read operation, leading to high performance, higher S/N ratio, and low voltage operation.

A Voltage-Controlled Gain Cell Magnetic Memory
IEEE Electron Device Letters, 2021This letter presents a magnetic gain cell structure that consists of a new kind of voltage-controlled magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) and two transistors for a large separation in the output current for the two memory states while retaining the low power advantages of a voltage-controlled write mechanism.

Voltage gain enhancement of KY converter
2013 IEEE International Conference of IEEE Region 10 (TENCON 2013), 2013In this paper, an improved KY converter is presented, which is constructed mainly by one charge pump capacitor and one central-tapped coupling inductor. Besides, a passive clamping snubber is added to this converter to improve the efficiency above half load.

High-Voltage-Gain Soft-Switching Converter Employing Bidirectional Switch for Fuel-Cell Vehicles
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2021Conventional current-fed resonant converter suffers from high turn-off loss over wide range of fuel-cell voltage. To alleviate this problem, we propose high voltage gain current-fed resonant converter that achieves almost ZVS turn-off over a wide range ...

Switched-Capacitor and Coupled-Inductor-Based High Step-Up Converter With Improved Voltage Gain
IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, 2021Based on a hybrid technique of coupled inductor (CL) and switched capacitor, a high step-up dc–dc converter is developed in this article. It consists of one active switch, one CL, four diodes, and four capacitors. The active switch withstands low voltage

A High Voltage Gain Multi-Input Converter
2018 2nd International Symposium on Multidisciplinary Studies and Innovative Technologies (ISMSIT), 2018This paper proposes a non-isolated unidirectional high step-up multi-input converter based on switched capacitor cells. The proposed structure specifically useful for hybrid power systems when energy sources with low output voltages, e.g., a photovoltaic system or a fuel cell, need to be connected to a dc bus with high voltage. Moreover, it is possible
