A New Switched Capacitor 7L Inverter With Triple Voltage Gain and Low Voltage Stress
In this paper, a new switched capacitor based multilevel inverter topology is proposed. The proposed topology generates seven level (7L) output voltage using a single dc voltage source along with two floating capacitors. The output voltage of the proposed topology is three-times higher than the input voltage (i.e., gain factor of Vin:Vout = 1:3) along ...

A High-Voltage Gain Transformerless Grid-Connected Inverter
2022 4th International Conference on Smart Power & Internet Energy Systems (SPIES), 2022Transformerless inverters are used in small and medium power photovoltaic grid-connected systems due to small-size, low-cost and high-efficiency. Transformerless inverters have problems of leakage current and low-voltage gain in applications due to the lack of electrical isolation and boost characteristics of transformers.

CMOS Unity-Gain Voltage Amplifier for Low-Voltage Applications
2020 27th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS), 2020A CMOS low-voltage unity-gain amplifier is presented. It operates with 1-V supply voltage and has almost rail-to-rail input-output characteristics. Simulation results of the proposed circuit by using 0.18 μm standard CMOS parameters show that the −3 dB frequency is 60 MHz and the distortion is −40 dB even at the same input voltage swing as the supply ...

Abstract It is shown that, when biased for minimum source-gate voltage temperature variation, a source-follower using an enhancement mode MOSFET (Metal Oxide Silicon Field Effect Transistor) and a resistive load has a small signal low frequency voltage gain, Av , which may be significantly less than unity. Typically, Av 0·98 can be realized.
