CONTROL OF VOLTAGE MODES AS A MEANS OF LOAD REGULATION

The article substantiates the regulation of power consumption modes of production facilities due to the management of voltage modes in the power supply system. It is shown that the regulation of electricity consumption with the help of consumers - regulators (CR) is quite often associated with losses that occur when the CR is turned off.

Operation of a DSTATCOM in Voltage Control Mode

This paper presents the operating principles of a distribution static compensator (DSTATCOM) that is used to maintain the voltage of a distribution bus. A three-phase, four-wire distribution system is assumed in this study. A three-phase bridge inverter circuit that is supplied by two neutral-clamped dc storage capacitors realizes the DSTATCOM.

An improved voltage-mode controller (VMC) for the single-switch conventional quadratic boost converter (CQBC) is presented. It has a structure different from those of the existing voltage-mode controllers in that it avoids the possibility of dividing by zero and finding the square root of a term which could be negative.
