A graphene oxide/collagen scaffold is developed for chronic massive rotator cuff tear repair. The scaffold improves compressive stability, supports reparative mesenchymal differentiation, and modulates the immune microenvironment. In chronic MRCT models, it reduces muscle degeneration, enhances tendon–bone regeneration, and improves functional recovery,

Factors that lead the voluntary blood donor to make the donation
Hemotherapy is a form of treatment for various pathologies or for victims of trauma. Even with the evolution of science and technology, there is nothing that can replace blood tissue. To maintain the quality standard of donated blood, it is necessary to avoid as much as possible donations when someone in the family needs it.

This work introduces a theragenerative 3D‐printed biodegradable stent with Janus nanoarchitecture for spatially controlled vascular healing. A luminal tantalum ion–implanted surface accelerates endothelialization and hemocompatibility, while an abluminal sirolimus/poly‐L‐lactic acid–tantalum layer provides sustained drug release and suppresses smooth ...

Lipid metabolic stress triggers ferroptosis in PDLSCs through the GSK3β/NRF2 pathway, thereby aggravating periodontal bone loss. Upregulated GSK3β promotes NRF2 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation via β‐TrCP, suppressing NRF2 nuclear translocation and antioxidant target expression.

Schematic representation of the role of lipophagy in bone mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs). In healthy MSCs, functional lipophagy efficiently degrades lipid droplets to support oxidative phosphorylation and cellular energy production, thereby facilitating osteogenic differentiation and matrix mineralization.
