Ext and von Neumann regular rings [PDF]
A ring R is called a left T-ring if \(Ext_ R(M,N)\neq 0\) for each non- projective module M and each non-injective module N. In the paper, the following results are proved: 1) Let R be a von Neumann regular ring. If R is a T-ring, then each left ideal of R is countably generated. 2) Let R be a simple countable regular ring.

Von Neumann coordinatization is not first-order

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Study of Von Neumann Abelian Regular Rings
This paper is concerned with the basic properties of a class of regular rings of some "classical" type. Abelian regular rings are, however, a more indirect concept, in that a nontrivial theorem is required to show that strongly regular rings are actually regular. For this reason, we view abelianness as the more natural property.

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.
