Some remarks on Von Neumann regular rings
In this paper, we characterize strongly regular rings via idempotents from different sides. The following conditions are shown to be equivalent for a regular ring R: (1) R is strongly regular. (2) [e,x] = 0 for all e ∈ E(R), all x ∈ N(R). (3) N(R) ⊆ C(R). (4) E(R) is closed under the multiplication in R. (5) E(R) is weakly commutative. (6) For all e,f ∈

Redistribution and labor market inclusion
Abstract This paper incorporates labor market inactivity and long‐term unemployment into the framework of optimal redistributive taxation. We examine how a combination of education policy, public employment programs, unemployment benefits, and optimal income taxation can effectively address both redistributive goals and the persistent challenges of ...

ABSTRACT Understanding insect responses to global climate change involves identifying strategies used during past climate oscillations. Phylogeography offers a powerful framework to unravel how historical climatic and geological events have shaped the spatial genetic patterns of species, providing critical insights into evolutionary processes, whereas ...

Abstract Perennial grasses and legumes are important for the reclamation of salt‐affected land. A comparison study on salt tolerance of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) and hybrid wheatgrass (Elymus hoffmannii) could contribute to understanding the relative salt tolerance of these species, in addition to providing germplasm information for salt tolerant ...
