Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) change details derived from HY-1C/D images in the waters of the Zhoushan archipelago were analyzed. A new Chl-a inverse model was built based on the relationship between the in situ Chl-a and the combination of red, blue and green ...

Influence of Urban Road Green Belts on Pedestrian-Level Wind in Height-Asymmetric Street Canyons
This study was conducted to examine the effect on airflow of the shape of an urban road green belt in an asymmetrical street canyon. In this paper, the airflow field at pedestrian height in an asymmetrical street with different building height ratios ...

Axial Flow in a Vortex in Karman Vortex Street.
The vortex filaments in a Karman vortex street are usually not parallel to the axis of a circular cylinder perpendicular to a uniform flow in a low speed wind tunnel, but incline to the axis of the cylinder. The axial flow to the upstream direction in a vortex was observed by means of flow visualization in each vortex of the Karman vortex street.

Visual teach‐and‐repeat (VTR) navigation allows robots to learn and follow routes without building a full metric map. We show that navigation accuracy for VTR can be improved by integrating a topological map with error‐drift correction based on stereo vision.
