Multipoles and vortex multiplets in multidimensional media with inhomogeneous defocusing nonlinearity

We predict a variety of composite quiescent and spinning two- and three-dimensional (2D and 3D) self-trapped modes in media with a repulsive nonlinearity whose local strength grows from center to periphery.

Gellan Gum Fluid Gel System for Controlled‐Delivery of Cytokine‐Licensed MSC‐EVs to Enhance Corneal Repair in Limbal Stem Cell Deficiency

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

Biomimetic Vascular Scaffold with Seamless Electrospun Aligned Nanofiber Conduit and 3D‐Printed Coil Reinforcement

We introduce a new fabrication method that overcomes the current limitation of tubular gap electrospinning. We successfully fabricated a seamless hollow tube with fibers aligned along the longitudinal axis in diameters as small as 300 µm, and then reinforced it using 4‐axis 3D printing.
