Antiemesis Corticosteroids Potentiate Checkpoint Blockade Efficacy by Normalizing the Immune Microenvironment in Metastatic Murine Breast Cancer

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
Corticosteroids improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade therapy in metastatic murine breast cancer. By normalizing the tumor immune microenvironment, corticosteroids reduce immunosuppressive signals, restore T‐cell function, and promote antitumor immune responses, resulting in enhanced tumor control.

Medicago Sativa L. Saponin‐Driven Lactobacillus Intestinalis Restores Intestinal Stemness in Naturally Aged Mice via the Bile Acid‐FXR‐Wnt Signaling Axis

This study examines the mechanism by which alfalfa saponin (AS) regulates intestinal stemness via modulation of the gut microbiota. Nanoscopic Mapping of the Extracellular Space in Amyloid Plaque‐rich Cortex

The extracellular space and diffusion around amyloid plaques are examined using shadow imaging and single‐particle tracking. Increased diffusivity is found near plaques, extracellular matrix alterations, and plaque core penetrability that varies with amyloid phenotype.

SLPI⁺ AT2‐Like Cells Orchestrate Lung Adenocarcinoma Invasion via Wnt Pathway Activation and Stromal Crosstalk in a Spatially Defined Margin Niche

Integrating spatial transcriptomics and single‐cell RNA sequencing, this study identifies a novel subpopulation of SLPI⁺ AT2‐like cells at the invasive margin of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). These cells, through stromal crosstalk and Wnt pathway activation, promote tumor stemness and invasion.
