ABSTRACT The development of multifunctional injectable biomaterials that serve as frameworks for tissue neo‐deposition and promote dentin regeneration through resident dental pulp cells represents an innovative approach in regenerative dentistry. This study presents an injectable system based on a photocrosslinkable hydrogel, functionalized with a drug

Bilirubin Targeting WNK1 to Alleviate NLRP3‐Mediated Neuroinflammation
At physiological concentrations, bilirubin binds to the kinase domain of WNK1, thereby augmenting its activity and facilitating the phosphorylation of downstream SPAK/OSR1. This phosphorylation inhibits KCC2 activity, leading to elevate intracellular chloride levels in neurons.

Compared with those on the pTi surface, macrophages on the TNTs surface present reduced myosin II contractility, which facilitates the nuclear translocation of the UTX. This reduction decreases the enrichment of the repressive H3K27me3 histone modification at the Abca1 gene locus, which promotes the transcription and protein expression of ABCA1 ...

This study used long‐term lion population monitoring data in the Tarangire–Manyara ecosystem to understand how feeding group demographic structure affects per capita food intake for cubs, subadults, adult females, and adult males. Our results revealed that the composition of feeding groups in carcasses variably affects per capita food intake for each ...

Valorization of Fruit Waste Through Reutilization Approach: A Comprehensive Review
Fruit and vegetable wastes (FVW) have the potential to be valued through both traditional waste management and creative waste re‐utilization techniques, as the graphical abstract illustrates. The main goals of conventional methods, such as anaerobic digestion, the creation of biochar, bio‐composting, and the manufacture of bio‐fuel, are soil enrichment
