Prediction of Water Inflow at Tunnel-Fault Intersection—A Case Study of a Tunnel in Shantou
Water inflow is a common geological hazard in tunnel engineering. Particularly the tunnel sections located within fault zones are prone to severe water inflow. Taking the tunnel faults in Shantou City as a case, this study analyzes the topography, lithology, geological structure, and hydrogeological conditions of F1 and F7 faults.

Through shear–tensile creep tests and viscoelastic modeling, the fracture evolution of thick soft protective layers is clarified. Results show thickness‐dependent rheological failure modes that govern four types of roof water inrush, providing a mechanism‐based framework for hazard prediction and control. Abstract In the Jurassic coal‐bearing strata of

Abstract Objective This study aimed to evaluate the utility of left atrial volume and function in uraemic patients using four‐dimensional automatic left atrial quantification (4D auto LAQ) technology. Methods Thirty‐four undialysed uraemic patients (U‐ND group), 60 dialysed uraemic patients (U‐D group), and 32 healthy volunteers (N group) were enrolled
