Research on the prediction method of water gushing volume under the blasting vibration effect of a sub-sea tunnel

open access: yesShuiwen dizhi gongcheng dizhi, 2023
Prediction of water inflow of a sub-sea tunnel under the blasting vibration effect is still a difficult subject. This paper takes the sub-sea tunnel between the Wawuzhuang Station and Guizhou Road Station of the Qingdao Metro Line 1 as the engineering ...

Prediction of water inflow into a tunnel based on three-district zoning of faults

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science, 2020
Abstract Water inflow into a tunnel subject to fault zones and fault effective zones is interpreted in this study using a three-district zoning method. An improved Brinkman model is proposed to investigate the seepage law of the geological defects of a fault. A coupled calculation model of typical Darcy seepage and Brinkman rapid seepage

Targeting Supramolecular Active Complexes of Nav1.7/Nav1.8 to Relieve Chronic Neuropathic Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In mice and patients with severe chronic neuropathic pain (NP), Nav1.7, Nav1.8, TrkB, and five cytoskeletal proteins form supramolecular active complexes (SMACs) with polygonal lattice structures as noxious signal amplifiers in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons.

Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

NET‐DNA Activates the ANXA2/TMEM215/BiP Axis to Promote Mitophagy‐Mediated Anoikis Resistance in Endometriosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...

Dynamic prediction method and application of mine water inflow based on mining rock mass seepage theory

open access: yesMeitan xuebao
Accurate prediction of mine water inflow is the core issue for water hazard prevention and control and protective water resource mining in coal mines. During high-intensity coal extraction, the dynamic evolution of permeability in the mining rock mass ...

Prediction of Water Inflow from Working Face Based on Numerical Model of Drainage Ditch

open access: yesMeikuang Anquan, 2020
The prediction of water inflow from coal mining face is the basis for the prevention and control of water in the production process of coal mines. Through the generalization of hydro-geological conditions in coal mine goaf, combined with the analysis of ...

Modeling of transpiration reduction in van Genuchten-Mualem type soils

open access: yes, 2009
We derive an analytic expression for the matric flux potential (M) for van Genuchten-Mualem (VGM) type soils which can also be written in terms of a converging infinite series.

CD44‐Targeting Hydroxyapatite Nanoparticles (HAP) Induce Mitochondrial Dysfunction‐Driven PANoptosis and Immunogenic Cell Death (ICD) via Ca Overload in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Colorectal cancer (CRC) remains therapeutically challenging due to high metastasis, recurrence, and immunotherapy resistance driven by tumor microenvironment‐mediated immune evasion. Immunogenic cell death (ICD) offers a promising strategy to reshape the immune microenvironment, yet existing ICD inducers suffer from poor targeting efficiency ...
