Every year, on a global basis, billions of cases of illness result from ingestion of microorganisms in drinking water. The majority of these illnesses are caused by fecal contamination, resulting in diarrhea. In places where access to medical care is not readily available, diarrhea can lead to death from dehydration; unfortunately, 1.5 million people ...

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.

Domestication of Tartary buckwheat is selected for a salt tolerance mechanism involving the magnesium transporter FtMGT2. Its expression is controlled by the FtAGL16‐FtMYB15L module, which is stabilized under salt stress through a competitive interaction that blocks its degradation by the E3 ligase FtBRG1, ultimately boosting Na⁺ efflux and plant ...

Current SARS‐CoV‐2 vaccines generate short‐lived, strain‐specific immunity. A polymeric TLR7 agonist nanoparticle (TLR7‐NP) adjuvant enhances lymph node targeting and promotes early and sustained germinal center responses toward conserved S2 epitopes of the spike protein.
