Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric Determination of Water-Soluble Boron in Fertilizers
Abstract Water-soluble boron is extracted into a mixlure of 2-ethyl-l,3-hexanediol and methyl isobutyl ketone for determination by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The extraction procedure brings the fertilizer sample, water, and extraction solvent in contact simultaneously.
