Water Vapor Permeability of Thermosetting Resin Membranes
熱硬化性樹脂皮膜について,その組成および化学的な構造が皮膜の透湿係数に与える影響を検討した。樹脂としては,ジアリルフタレートプレポリマーとポリ(エチレンマレエート)とのブレンド物,およびポリ(エチレンマレエート)とジアリルフタレートとのグラフト物を用いた。試料樹脂皮膜は,わく張したセロファンを上記プレポリマーを,ベンジルアルコール:メチルイソブチルケトン(1:1)混合溶剤にとかした溶液中へ浸漬し,風乾後焼付けて作った。透湿係数の測定は,カップ法により行なった。透湿係数は,ブレンドした場合には,ジアリルフタレート部分の多くなる程低下し,グラフトした場合には,そのプレポリマーのヨウ素価の大なる程小さくなることがみられた。
